FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For all returns and exchanges you must contact us before you send items back to request an exchange or report damaged items.
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date if Items are in their original condition, and they must be unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging with plastic clothing sleeve, tags/labels attached. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately.
We only offer exchanges for all purchases. items must be returned before we send out your new items, we can also offer you an exchange if you need a different size.
Standard shipping takes about 24 to 48 hours in the UK and up to 7 business days to Europe, up to 14 day worldwide.
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. Tracking details will be emailed you once your order has been dispatched. If your item doesn’t arrive get in touch with us and we’ll locate it for you.
We ship to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We also offer an express delivery service to certain locations aswell as our standard delivery.
